Maradmin Promotion June 2024. Upon receipt of this marine administrative message (maradmin), but not prior to 2 july 2024, commanders will effect the promotion of selected marines per paragraph 5100 of reference (a). This maradmin is the promotion authority for all lcpls and cpls of the regular marine corps (usmc).
